GVM Solutions delivered the complete Caremore Pharmacy fit-out from an unserviced commercial shell with no water supply or air conditioning. The project required extensive early works, including concrete slab trenching, new below-floor plumbing and drainage, slab reinstatement, mechanical services, ceilings, partitions and coordinated electrical and lighting services.

From this blank starting point, we created a secure, modern and fully operational pharmacy with a professional retail floor, dispensary and scripts-out areas, consultation and support rooms, purpose-built joinery, extensive merchandising systems, durable flooring, integrated branding, shopfront graphics and security provisions. The project was coordinated across every stage—from major building services through to the final stocked presentation.
