GVM Solutions was engaged to modify two reception locations at the State Administrative Tribunal so they could better accommodate standing patrons. The alterations needed to look completely original, matching the existing design, proportions and detailing—right down to the timber veneer.

To prevent disruption to tribunal operations, the works were carefully planned and completed over a single weekend. Existing reception sections were opened, reconfigured and rebuilt, with matching joinery and finishes integrated seamlessly into the surrounding counter. The result is a practical accessibility improvement that appears to have always been part of the original reception.
