GVM Solutions delivered the complete Stella Rossa fit-out from an empty commercial shell, coordinating the project from the initial building services and internal construction through to the finished hospitality environment.

The completed venue brings together a branded glazed shopfront, customer seating areas, coffee and service counters, custom bar joinery, display equipment, commercial kitchen and preparation areas, stainless-steel work zones, lighting, mechanical services and coordinated finishes—creating a fully functional coffee shop ready for day-to-day operation.
